Rich Zucchi (Top Secret) and his fellow Power Squadron members taught the Boat Smart Class at Ann's Place. After completing the 8 hour course and passing the required test, everyone received a certificate to comply with the new boating regulations in NJ. Thanks Rich and the BBPS!
